Why Exosomes with Microneedling?

Exosomes are extracellular vesicles — microscopic messengers that cells use to send instructions to one another. The ones used in skin treatments are rich in growth factors, peptides and signalling lipids, and rather than adding volume or sitting on the surface, they prompt your own skin cells to behave more like younger ones: producing collagen and elastin, calming inflammation, and repairing more efficiently.
